Apostille

An Apostille is a form of international certification. The Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade typically issues Apostille and Authentication Stamps on documents that are notarized by an Australian Local notary public. The Apostille is recognised by other Apostille Conventions states (including People Republic of China).

The process for Apostille

1. The document is public notarised by a notary public.
2. The Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade certifies the notarized document.
